Greetings message in call queue when users are offline

Iron Contributor

Hello

How ist the behaviour for a customer when

1. All users in Call Queue are offline (means computer shut down)

-> does he get greeting message

2. All users are busy

-> does he get greeting message

We get feedback that users on case 1 do not get greeting message but do get greeting message on case 2

Is that right?

Hi,

It depends on the configuration. In both the scenario if the Call Queue is configured with the Greeting message Microsoft Teams will play the message for end customers/users. "

If the call is configured to land on the Auto Attendant and then route towards call queue in that scenario as well the end customers/users should hear the greeting message accordingly if that is configured.

Hello RealTime_M365
The Greetingmessages are configured to play a message.
But is there a difference in the behaviour of the greeting messages between
1. All users in Call Queue are offline (means computer shut down)
-> does he get greeting message
2. All users are busy
-> does he get greeting message
Thank you
Juan
