@jen68 Hi Jen, and welcome to the forums! Are you trying to create a new Teams organization, or are you trying to sign in to a Teams organization that someone else has created? If you can tell us the specific goal you are trying to accomplish, the steps that you are following, and what is happening when it fails (including the full text of any error messages), we can try and help you out.
Just so you know, Microsoft Teams doesn't replace Skype. Skype is still the program to use to chat and call with friends and family. You may have heard that Teams is replacing Skype for Business, but Skype for Business is a separate product from the consumer version of Skype.
