Get-CsOnlineDialInConferencingUser : Timeout in BVD

I can't run an export of Dial-In conferencing policies for all the users in my tenant,

do you know how I can prevent this timeout? and also what means BVD

Seems to work fine here, might have been some temporary issue. If you are still seeing the same behavior, best open a support case and report this.
