I need to get access to my Microsoft Teams through my work email address - darragh.osullivan@skilldynamics.com. I can't currently do this as my phone number was already set up to my Home & Business Office account. Can you show me how I can resolve this please? I tried to remove my mobile from my Office account and re add it but this won't work for me.
Hi, if you've only used your personal phone number for Home & Business this shouldn't be a problem. Teams isn't included in that subscription either. For this particular scenario you need to reach out to your IT support/admin at your work.
