je travaille sur l'organisation d'un événement important pour une association :
- partie logistique : voyage pour 400 personnes , hotel , transport sur place ...
- partie admin : mobilisation , relance , inscription , paiement
Je cherche un outil tres simple à utiliser:
- pour gérer la log : diagramme de gant + kifaitkoi + état d'avancement réel des taches
- partie admin : lien entre inscription et paiement
Cerise sur le gâteau, je voudrai lier la partie admin et log : M. X de ??? a payé son inscription, va prendre tel avion et rester dans tel hotel.
Pouvez vous me conseiller un outil (app ou excel) ?

I am working for a charity and I have to manage a big event
-log part : travel (400 people by plane) - hotel - transportatation (bus, ..)
-admin part : mobilisation (mailing, call,..), registration, payment
I am looking for a user friendly tool :
-log part : gant diagramm, who does what and when, progress
-admin part : link between communities and registration and payment
Last but not least, it would be nice to link the log and admin part : M. X is registered, has paid, and will travel on the ?? and stay in the ?? Hotel
