General file issues (Existing files and uploading new ones)

I am using the free version of Teams and recently started not being able to access some of my existing files and also have an issue uploading new files. I'm not sure if they are connected but they appear to be and both issues started at about the same time.


The uploading file issue happens on my Mac (also happens for other people with accounts on my Team), from any browser but NOT from the iOS app strangely enough. I get this error when uploading on anything but iOS (see attached screenshots).


When I go to the Files section I get the following error (Mac, browser, iOS): "We can't get your files. We're working on getting them back". I've also noticed that I am unable to view/download some older files in my chats. I get the following error "This item might not exist or is no longer available. This item might have been deleted, expired, or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of this item for more information."


I'd appreciate any help.

Yes. Unfortunately I am. Nothing I try has worked. I appreciate any help.
