Hi @BroKen_Manna

There is a free six month subscription due the Covid-19, you should be able to create an account in this link

Hope this helps.

Hi. Thanks for your quick reply.

This is where I have been going.

It gives me the error message above and asks me to just use Skype.

I tried Microsoft 365 Support.

There is no support for Free Teams.

Support sent me here.

As a matter of fact this is the link that gave me the error and it is the same link I can click in the error to merely circle back and just get the error again.

@BroKen_Manna

If you selected family it will send you to Skype, I suggest create an organization account, don't worry, it won't ask you for a org email account, currently it's as below:

  1. Organization: Let's you use Teams
  2. School, you need to have an academic email (.edu)
  3. Family, sent you to Skype

JM

@jaymaradiaga

Thanks! I will try it!

@BroKen_Manna

Great, just note that probably it won't let you to use the same email since it's already registered, you should use another.

Also, if it works please mark this answer as "best answer" this could help users who have your same question.

Thanks,

JM

Thanks! It worked fine!

All the best!

@jaymaradiaga

I didn't need to use another email id.

The one I was using worked fine.

@BroKen_Manna

Cool, have a nice day!
