I have a customer that is in the processes of switching their phones from FreePBX to a teams systems. The teams setup is configured and ready for testing. The customer wanted to have their current number that is going to their FreePBX forwarded to Teams before putting in the port order. Within in the FreePBX i found a way to router to an external number. If i enter my cell phone the forward works. But if i enter the number tied to my Auto Attendant in teams the Auto attendant never picks up. Is there a blocking setting in Teams with would stop this type or forward?
