I am trying to forward an assigned User number in Microsoft Teams.  When I login to the desktop version of Teams, I go to the profile picture, then settings, then calls.  I chose Forward , but I can only forward to voicemail.  Other article I have read, allows me to forward to other options via a drop down choice box.  My account does not seem to have the drop down - see screen shot.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

The user has assigned O365 E3 and M365 Business Voice licenses.

So, I solved this. You need to reach out to PTSN, PTN@microsoft.com, and let them know which number your want converted to service and they will take care of this for you.
