Does anyone know of a way to find what version of Teams was used in a specific call in CQD? This information doesn't appear to be available in the user call history in the TAC, but since CQD tracks client version information, I was hoping to maybe find it there.

Solution
Yes it's in CQD. In the drop down at the top switch from Summary Reports to Client Version Report, then filter on UPN of the user and date.
