I've encountered a problem with a few users where they edit files in the Teams viewer and the changes appear to be made, but later opening the file in the desktop app will not show the changes. I've confirmed that this can persist for at least 18 hours, so it's not a short-term thing. If you go back to the Teams viewer, the changes are in the file.
Any ideas what might be happening?
