Fehlermeldung bei der Anmeldung sowohl im Browser wie auch mit der TEAMS-APP

Hallo

 

Ich arbeite mit Windows 10. TEAMS hat bei mir vor ein paar Wochen immer einwandfrei funktioniert. 

Nun erhalte ich dauern die folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich versuche TEAMS im Browser zu starten.

Leider erhalte ich auch eine Fehlermeldung nach der korrekten Anmeldung in der TEAMS-APP.

@ThomasEstermann62 Hello, difficult to say exactly why this has happened but you should probably focus on repairing the TPM (trusted platform module) to start with as that will remediate the issue with tokens. So either update your BIOS software or try some manual troubleshooting, starting with renaming of the following folder.

 

C:\users\xxx\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy
To..
C:\users\xxx\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy.old

 

You need to be signed out of the account that you are having issues with and logged in with another account using elevated rights.

 

You can also try clearing Credentials Manager, cached files, remove and add your account in W10 again etc. But hopefully you only need to fix the TPM.
