External Calls aren't showing in Teams App only Outlook- All users

Hi everyone,


I'm having an issue where when someone receives a call from an external number and they leave a voicemail. A notification shows in the Teams app, letting the user know one has been received but it doesn't show within calls> voicemail. An email is then received by outlook saying a voicemail has been received with the attached audio.mp3 file.

We are currently in a hybrid set up and the issue seems to have arose around the time we upgraded from exchange 2016 to 2019.

I've had a look around, checking the connectors etc but nothing obvious is standing out and have reached a bit of a dead end with it.

Any assistance or troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated!
