Hello Microsoft community,
I hope I am in the right place. I must provide informations about our call queue, it is important data for our company.
I would like to extend the cloud data availability to one year, right now its only 28 days. Is this possible or is there a workaround? I couldn't find anything related to the call queue in Teams in https://compliance.microsoft.com/informationgovernance?viewid=retention
