I am using a trial MS Teams, free of charge account for business. There are some chats that I need to export. Doing it manually won't be possible as the chats are long. Could somebody please advise me how to do it?
There is a guidance that I followed - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/export-or-delete-your-teams-data-1ed6ac68-5fb4-41be-9861-... - but it did not work. It exports into an empty file. The Microsoft support team told me later on that this works only for personal accounts, not business. I called the support team and they told me they do not provide support to the users on trial. Can somebody please help me?
