Please i need your help on this issue.

There is only 119+- rows, but I am getting this error trying to upload Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)

The error says "Expanded row count is more than max allowed row count 1000000. Please edit your file and try again"

I did the steps suggested, still get the same error.
