This is very strange but a colleague opens an excel file on Teams and it has the updated, latest info in file--but then she opens it in her desktop app for Excel and it reverts to an earlier, outdated version of file. Two other users have opened it in Teams and then in Desktop app and it works properly so seems to be isolated to her. Any suggestions on what to check?

@ccmathis Hi I have a few questions: Do you work with major and minor versions? Is the file checked out? Is the client signed into Microsoft 365?

Hi, did you get any solution on this issue? Our users experience the same problem with a particulair excel document. Thnx!
