Hi all,
I was trying to accept a new member request from my mobile phone. Apparently when you click on the link received via email, the Teams mobile app does not interpret correctly the requests. It would be useful to approve members on the go or to receive a notification directly in the Teams app so you can proceed.

In the meantime, I recommend that you open a ticket at Microsoft Support or answers.microsoft.com, where agents are available to troubleshoot issues until a resolution is found.
