I get an error when trying to create a free Microsoft Teams account. The error is "(Email@gmsllp.com) hasn't been added to your organization's directory. Contact your admin or try a different email." In the past we were able to create free accounts with no issues with this domain but recently this error as been coming up anytime anyone tries to sign up. We have not subscribed to office 365 and after calling Microsoft at 1-800-865-9408 about the issue they confirmed that there is no admin account with this domain either. They also could not determine why we were getting this error either. Can anyone help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
