Error message : no access to the documents in my organization

Occasional Visitor

People in my organization and guests are having problems accessing documents on Teams.

The message : "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the page (with the melted ice cream)" (see image below) appears constantly,  even when they refresh the page. Everyone has a very good internet connexion and can access other Teams from other organization.
Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Unfortunately no way to fix this problem...does it also happen when you access Teams through the browser? By the way, try to clean the Teams client cache to see if that solves the problem: https://sysadmin-central.com/2021/04/28/how-to-clear-the-microsoft-teams-cache/
