Error in installing app in Teams for testing

I get this error when trying to install an app in Teams for testing:

You don't have permissions to add M-I-G to this team.

Any idea on what's happening?

@mpatra1605ensure you are Owner of the Team and ensure that your policy dont restrict to add apps
