Error adding OneNote hosted on Sharepoint top MSTeams?

Adding a OneNote to MSTeams channel which is hosted on a Sharepoint gives an error: Transient error occured while processing request. {0} or when expanding the OneNote to add: Error when expanding notebook. Transient error occured while processing request. {0} Any ideas on what is causing me not to add a OneNote?

Is it the notebook with the same name as the team / site ?

I am receiving the same error as well. Any idea what could be the problem?

I am having the same issue. Does anyone know of a resolution??
