Prezados, bom dia!

 

Estou com um erro no MS Teams onde ao tentar efetuar o logon, o a ferramenta me retornar o erro "

caa700007" não permitindo o logon.

 

Será se alguém pode me ajudar com esse erro?

Hi @Fabinho,

Article here suggests rebuilding the user profile has specifically resolved the ca70007 issue

Would suggest

1.) Clearing the Teams cache after logging out and closing down Teams (https://commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/)
2.) Uninstall/reinstall

Prior to rebuilding the user profile as that takes some time. If you do go down this route ensure all your profile information and files are backed up or safely stored in cloud storage like OneDrive
