Enrolling Meeting Room Devices (Crestron) into Intune

Good afternoon Team

I am looking at the best practice on how to enroll the Crestron Meeting Room Devices onto the intune (with profile that has admin account) , and what management capabilities can I have (are they the same as Win 10 standard machine)?

I am aware of the Teams Admin Console, however, we still need to manage updates/ policies etc.
