Encounter "We're sorry—we've run into an issue" on every platform

Contacted MS Support, it seems that the pricing scheme of Microsoft Team is changed. My account is no longer "free" and need to pay for that. I think the error message should be changed to something like "Permission denied" instead of "running into an issue".

Since last Friday (15 May, UTC+08), I fail to login to my team account on every platform (Desktop, app, web). Tried restart and reinstall, login by different machine, but the screen just kept display "We're sorry—we've run into an issue"

Have asked Admin to reset account but no use. But I can still access Team's file through Sharepoint.

 I have no clue what's going on. Could someone give me some idea? What's to check, and any possible fix?

@MarioLeung Hello, ask your admin to open up a ticket with Microsoft support as you cannot access Teams from any platform/device/app.
