Enable access logging in Teams

I've just starting using this app for Meetings in my company.

is it possible to get a message when a member or a guest joins a conference or to register an access log with time of connection and disconnession?

I'm not sure what you're asking. You will see who and when they join your meeting and when they leave. You will get a start and end time of your meeting. The meeting can also be recorded and transcribed.
