With the recent security concerns facing one the biggest competitors to Teams... not gonna mention who... isn't there an opportunity for Microsoft to turn up the security on Teams meetings a notch?
Would like to see controls such as:
- Access control to meetings - only invited can participate! And only invited can see even see the link in Outlook, make it private if you choose this option. It could be akin to how sharing works in OneDrive.
- Enable lobby for all, including internal users, as a corporate default setting or per group. We ha
- ve this setting in Skype for Business, where only the organizer can bypass the lobby
- Lock the meeting - no one else gets in
- Expiration for meeting content - we have open calendars, so right now anyone can go look in my calendar, click the link and find any material shared and see what we chatted about... it should have an expiration date (and be locked down, as per my previous suggestions).
