Email's rules do not remain

I've created a rule that automatically send to a chat teams some emails. Such rule flag did not remain active and all the time I need to enter again in the rules bar section and flag this. Why is this happening ? Thanks

Are you using the Group Email to send those chats or the Channel email as sometimes the rules might not work properly with a group email, while with Channel email it will post it.
