Not with Teams. If the users are part of the team then you can use an Outloon add in or Save as location to the Sharepoint library where files are stored. If using the email feature is a must then you will need to setup a Shared mailbox for it and use flow to handle the email attachments and save them into the corresponding team/Sharepoint folder.
You could do this with Flow, trigger when a new email is received in a shared mailbox, get the attachment and save it into the folder you want in the sharepoint document library used by the team. You could then post a message into a channel to mention it arrived.
Each channel has its own email address which you can find by clicking on the channel and in the header select the ... And select the email address. You could use a simple outlook rule to forward email to that address that will put the email and files into the SharePoint library folder for that channel. For a shared mailbox, you can use server side change rules instead.
