editing documents

Hi guys, 

im new to teams and needing some help. 

i have a document that is saved to my computer but i would also like it to be uploaded to one of my teams. (iv done this part) 

i want to to be able to make edits to the document on my computer but also have those changes applied to the document in my team. 

how do i do this?

so far i have not been able to, i edit the doc on my computer and nothing happens to the one on teams

You need to sync the channel files from the Microsoft Teams team down to your device.

To do this, from the Teams application go to the files tab in the relevant channel, there should be a "Sync"  option, when used this automatically place copies of all the files in that channel to your computer, changes you make to these files will be uploaded back into the channel files.

This requires OneDrive to be enabled on your device.
