Ecouteur bluetooth

Bonjour,
Je viens d'acheter Xiaomi redmi airdots 2 tws écouteur bluetooth, cela fonctionne bien pour mon téléphone et sur mon pc aussi sauf pour teams.
Le problème est que le son semble au maximum et pas possible de diminuer le son. 
Comment faire ?
