E3 User license change to Microsoft Teams Room

Dear Support,

 

We are using polyx30 for our conference room, before we purchased our Microsoft Teams Room license , we have created an user account with E3 license for the Conference System. When we try convert the license to MTR we having issue with unable to fetch calendar on our conference system.

 

Kindly advice.

How was the calendar setup for the user previously? If it was not setup correctly, it most likely was treated as a regular user calendar. When you removed the E3 license it would have disabled the mailbox resulting in it not being accessible. The important part is in about 2:57 of the video Satish posted.
