Hi, I want to send an email to a user that is mentioned in a channel message. This can be done by flow/power automate, Ok. But I want to add the direct link to the channel message that the user is able to jump to the message directly from outlook. Can anyone tell me how this can be done?
We need this feature to enable our service departments, which are part in a lot of customer projects (20-50 projects, so as teams rooms), to stay ahead of all work, because 70-80% of their work needs to be done with outlook to external partners. They won’t keep an eye on Teams throughout their day.
