Kann ich das abschalten?

Wäre eine Möglichkeit, E-Mail-Nachricht zu verbieten oder über ein Formular zu verschicken und normale Nachrichten zu erlauben?

Can I change somewhere the terms of use?
I want to inform guests that others can see their mail address and they need to accept it.

That they can see the addresses of the official organization users, is OK, I think because they are no privat addresses. But the guests ones are sometime private adresses.
