Do scheduled messages still get sent after a user is in the 30-day soft deleted state?

I can´t find the official documentation regarding scheduled messages and a soft-deleted user.

In general, during the 30-day soft-deleted state, users are not be able to actively use Microsoft Teams or send messages. This state is designed for data recovery purposes, and the user is considered deactivated during this period. 

This should also apply to scheduled messages.

I recommend you to contact directly the Microsoft support regarding your question.
