Display name not showing on PSTN Usage report

Hey everyone,

We are seeing a few calls in the Direct Routing usage report that are not displaying the users name against their number. The number is showing for the user and they appear to be set up correctly, the users name is not showing on the report. The user was assigned this number a few weeks ago, and I ran the report today. Can someone advise why the names not showing in the report?

Hi,

This majorly happens when User A and User B who are in a PSTN Calls adds User C into the call. Mostly in such case the details won't appear.

My recommendation would be in the report if you could check if there is a Caller Id associated with the same and you can co-relate the same.
