Disabling Teams entry/exit notification after calls starts

Is there a way to disable the entry/exit notification after a meeting has begun?

The meeting organizer can enter the meeting options and toggle off the "Announce when callers join or leave". Can also be controlled in the TAC bridge settings.

This is only for people that call in. And does not apply to people joining via Teams.
We are having this same issue - with people joining via video on Teams, not via telephone. Does anybody have a solution? It's getting quite frustrating and isn't inclusive for meeting participants with auditory processing issues.
