Disable all notifications from team activity and its associated email

Copper Contributor

Hello,

is there any way how to disable all notifications from team activity and its associated email? I managed to disable group notifications in Outlook, but it just disabled notifications from threads activity. I need two more things. First to disable the notification to team owners if a new meet is created in the team. And second, to disable notification / forwarded email to all owners of the team if someone sends an email to the team email address.

All of this I need to be able to do from the team position, not from the positions of individual users (we have too many team owners for this). Thank you for any suggestion.

Hello, as for the Teams notifications they cannot be centrally configured and are managed by the end-user. You can disable notifications with regards to the underlying M365 group though with the "subscriber" settings.

Tony Redmond has written several great pieces about how to accomplish that.
