Direct Routing SBC Teams error code 503

All can be well, then suddenly we are not able to make external calls via Teams - we have direct routing configured Ribbon SBC Lite 

the error code which we see is 503?   Anyone else have this experience - recommendations for investigation would be appreciated

Maybe the first thing I would check would be SBC log files to check if something is there when trying the call

What about inbound calls?
The logs show 503 error - inbound not affected
Can you share the 503 error? probably it has more details
503 can have multiple causes

Yeah  I am facing the same issues. Logs shows call stop right before trying to access transformation table. Saying something like quality requirements not met.
