Direct Routing is not working

Hello Teams Community,

 

Please i need your help on this issue.

 

We have Direct Routing in Place. The Inbound and Outbound call is not working for the user in the UK but if we assign the same UK number to Ireland users the calls are working as expected.

 

We need your help in troubleshooting and fixing the issue

Direct routing is configured with your own SBC or hosted SBC?
Check in Powershell, whether they have Enterprise Voice enabled? Get-CsUser -identity "Email address removed" | fl *voice*, *dial*
Check whether correct Dial Plan and Voice routing policies assigned to the UK users.
