Is anyone aware of a 3rd-party tool for auto dialing from Microsoft Teams? We currently use a tool from Estos with SfB which works great. I reached out to Estos and they are not planning on making one for Teams so we're looking for an alternative.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

I don't think there is anything Teams native yet since third-party products are waiting for APIs for Teams. I know that the biggest contact center products for Teams are working with Microsoft in their TAP program to get this to work the same way as it do with SfB, but I guess we won't see anything this year.
You probably could use some third-party that will use SfB to do all the calling but the agent will get the call in their Teams client, so you could move users to Teams but you still have to keep your Skype servers. An example is Anywhere365 that can do that.

Thanks for the reply. We use SfB and Teams through Office 365 so we don't have the option of keeping Skype servers running. Interesting thought though!

Just saw this thread, BluIP has an integrated dialer just for Teams.
Enhanced Teams Calling
The first to offer true enterprise calling for Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft Teams, powered by our core calling technologies, allows your team to call extensions and external phone numbers all from within the app. This powerful duo equips Microsoft Teams with the full feature set of a complete PBX phone system.
@allister1 I came across the following app, which provides native Click-to-Dial features within Microsoft Teams, utilising a Teams Wizard App, launching a HotKey Dialer.
Every phone number which can be marked, can be dialed with the Hotkey Dialer in Teams Wizard. It works with most applications (Microsoft Office, text editors, mail clients, internet browsers, etc.) but not with all.
I game this a try from a browser, and through a spreadsheet, and it worked well, and it's free.
@russ co We came across and have been using the same product. It requires a couple more clicks to actually start the call than other Hotkey dialers we used in the past with Skype for Business and Lync, but it is very configurable and works great.
