Dial Pad, typing a name is not resolving

Hi everyone, hope all is well.

 

We have been deploying Teams telephony across our estate, encountered a few challenges. However one issue which is something we can't resolve is the automatic resolution of names when typed directly into the dial pad. For some it works for some and others it don't. Very odd, can anyone advise, please?
