Developer ribbon for Word Docs in Teams

I currently have several word employee progress pages listed in my teams files.  I created a fill form in word, but when open through teams you are not able to select the fill areas for date or comments unless you open the doc in Word itself.  

-Can I get a developer tab on the ribbon in Teams?

-Is there an alternate way to edit the fill areas in teams?

Currently Developer ribbon is not supported inside Teams. You could open the file in desktop app from here to see Developers App.

Can you please provide this feedback on Team app.
Navigate to bottom left corner -> Help-> Suggest feature
