I am the IT Administrator for our company. When I attempt to login to Teams app using my work email, it states it "has already set up Teams for you organization". I had a Skype Manager account and a Microsoft account, neither of which work. I contacted support and they sent me here. I am trying to find out who would I contact for determining who has already setup our Teams for our corporate domain? See attached error message. Thank you.

But it sounds like you need to do this.
