Deleting work added in assignments when student adds incorrect or duplicate work

Iron Contributor

Hi All,

If a student adds work to an assignment and its incorrect or a duplicate document but as a owner you want to remove it rather than get the student to do it. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

Hi @ABill1

Not currently. See article here from a recent submission to MS Tech regarding a similar issue

The owner can't remove the document from the assignment. However, it could be possible to edit students’ work when review assignments. The student could also edit the submitted document

There is a uservoice here to add the ability for the assignment owner to delete student submissions

Would vote to push it up the agenda

Hope that answers your question
