Delay when receiving a call on Android

Hi,

I installed Teams on my Android. When someone calls me through teams and my phone is closed, it takes a long time before it rings. I miss the 2 to 3 first rings, and when I open the phone, it takes a while to see the answer button, so ultimately I miss the call. I don't have this problem when my phone is already opened, but I can't keep it opened all the time....

Any solutions?

Is this still happening? Can you share the version number you have?
