Decoupling the Option (Recording and Transcription)

As of now Recording and Transcription can only be started together. And if we just need one of them the only way is to start both of them (through the Menu) and then stop the one which is not required.

Would be good if Teams development team tries to de-couple this option.

I totally get this request and it used to be the other way around. But these days the transcription will start automatically and you need to stop the transcript manually if not wanting that running. As its been changed from the previous behavior I don't expect the settings to be separated again.
