I have created a new channel under one Team site. I do get 2 tabs by default in team. The tabs are - Conversations and Files. I added another custom tab in that channel. My requirement is to make my custom tab as the landing tab instead of Conversations. How can I change that?

You can't, you always land in the Conversations view. It's an interesting idea, I would suggest you add it to https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public. If enough people want it the product team might bu8ild it in the future.

Thanks Steve for your reply. In that case, what are the options I have to achieve similar functionalities -
1. We need high level site (analogous to a department in an organization) - our team site is in this level
2. Each channel inside the site represents different offerings of the department
3. Each offering needs to have a Form to submit a Support Ticket, each offering will also have associated Files (Only the conversations need to maintained in Site level in General Channel)
- can we think chatbot or any other way to make the ticket creation more user friendly in the Team site?

I'm having some difficulty following what your requirements are, who is using this site?
In simple terms, thing of Channels as topics, and Teams as teams. I don't know whether your 'offerings' are more like a topic or a Team?
How big is the department? Does it really work as a team of people working together, or is it more of an association of Teams? If there's more than about 20 members it's probably more than one Team.
What happens with the form, why is it submitted from the context of an offering?

@Steven Collier I would love to have this function too.
For example I use a Team only to manage Tasks so only the tab Planner is important for this team.
This is just an example.
Thank you.
