Hello,
I have created a Teams to share documents with my customers and I invited them as guests. Nevertheless, some of them can't access the Teams. They have a message of error instead. How to make them access Teams?
I contacted "The Help" several times but I have never received an answer...

Hi @Ru! Thanks for replying to me. Please find attached the screen shot of the message. "Sorry we have encountered an issue. Re-try. If it does not work, try to sign out then to sign in again".

Hi @Juan Carlos González Martín hope that you are doing well.
Teams is the official collaborative tool of my customer. Nevertheless, one of my points of contact still can't access the group that I have created whereas the others can.
Do we have a team that can assist the customer directly? My customer is based in France.
