Customer Returns Database

Hello,

My company is currently running into performance issues with Access. 

We utilize Access for all of our customer product returns (Return Merchandise Authorization). What Teams app can I use instead of this Access database setup? I'm really struggling here aside from just using Excel. It needs to be an ongoing database.

@TrentTullis Your best bet here may be to use the Power Platform I'm thinking.
